Heart Puff Pies
Heart shaped puff pies with sweet potato, Quorn sausage, red onion, goats cheese and rosemary!

You Will Need (6 things)
- ½ cup Red Onion
- 2 Quorn Sausage(s)
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- ½ cup Goats Cheese
- Shortcrust Pastry
Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

Cook the sausages and red onion with the rosemary in a frying pan. Roast the sweet potatoes in an oven and then mash together with the sausages and onion in a big bowl.

Roll out the pastry and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut two hearts for each pie.

Spoon the filling in the center of one of the hearts.

Place a second heart on top and use a fork to press around the edges. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180'C and serve hot.
