I found the recipe for this pepperoni pizza pasta bake in a cooking magazine. I made it for a dinner date for my boyfriend and I. It was delicious, and he loved it. :) for my meal, however, since it was just for two people, I cut the ingredient measurements in half. The full ingredients on the left creates 12 servings. Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook the beef, onion, salt, and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. stir in the pizza sauce, garlic salt and Italian seasoning; remove from the heat and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Drain pasta; toss with egg mixture. Transfer to a grease 3-qt. baking dish. Top with beef mixture, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cover and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until golden brown. Note please: recipe was created by Kimberly Howland. (that's what it says on the recipe card). This is simply my version. :)
