Healthy Chicken Tacos

Super easy chicken tacos to satisfy those cravings ;)

These tacos aren't just absolutely delicious, but only take 15 minutes to make and are healthy, so you don't need to feel bad when eating them. Filled with a traditional guacamole and lots of jalapenos, these tacos will definitely make you smile.

You Will Need (10 things)

  • 1 Shallot
  • Half a Red Pepper
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Chicken Breast in small pieces
  • Parsley
  • Chillies
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Jalapeños
  • Red Onions
  • Seasonings Cajun, paprika, salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, black pepper, mixed herbs and onion powder

Steps (3 steps, 15 minutes)

    Marinate your chicken with all the seasonings, chopped parsley and garlic. While the chicken is resting, saute your shallot and red pepper. Once your red pepper is soft add in your chicken and coom it. Follow this up by adding a couple of chopped chillies.

    Get a small tortilla put it on a pan, warming up one of the sides. Once one of the sides in golden and crispy, flip the tortilla and spread some guacamole and the chicken.

    Lastly, complement your taco with some jalapenos and chopped red onion and fold the taco. The taco will now be ready to eat!
