Description

One of the many uses I've found for these fabric flowers I'm obsessed with making. Please see my previous tutorial for instructions on how to construct them if you like :)

Instructions

  1. Small tutorials 064 1290917576

Choose which of your flowers you would like to use. I have lots of red fabric scraps, so I thought it would be pretty to use 2 in different sizes for my headband.

  2. Small tutorials 070 1290917609

Choose your headband. I bought a red and a black sequined one at Target yesterday, with this project in mind. (I love the $1 section at Target!) I think just about any kind of headband would work for this.

  3. Small tutorials 071 1290917633

Mine already had the sequins on. If you have a plain headband, feel free to decorate it the flowers are glued on.

  4. Small tutorials 073 1290917670

Take a small scrap of felt and cut it to a size that will help anchor your flowers securely to the headband.

  5. Small tutorials 075 1290917695

Use a bit of hot glue to hold it securely to the headband.

  6. Small tutorials 076 1290917734

Place some hot glue on the circle of felt that's on the back of your flower, and press firmly on to the felt base you placed on the headband. Perfect. :)
