Hazelnut Biscotti

Chunky Italian style hazelnut and chocolate chip biscotti!

I had supplies left over from my chocolate orange biscotti, so I decided to make some hazelnut and chocolate chip flavour. It's soooooo tasty!

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 250 g Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 100 g Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 75 g Toasted Hazelnuts
  • 2 Eggs

Steps (6 steps, 35 minutes)

    Preheat the oven to 180'C. Whisk together the flour and baking soda. Beat together the sugar and the eggs.

    Fold the flour into the eggs and then add the hazelnuts and chocolate chips.

    Mould into a square loaf and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake at 180'C for 30 minutes and then cut into slices.

    Turn the biscotti face up on the baking sheet.

    Bake for a further 15 minutes at 130'c for 15 minutes and enjoy. They taste great with coffee!
