Apply a shimmery skin tone shade to the lid for some shine. Products: Inglot Pearl 397
Highlight your brow bone with a matte white or something that is a few shades lighter than your skin. Also highlight the inner corner with a shimmery white. Products: 17 Eye Dazzle in Star Crossed
Apply your gel or liquid liner to the upper lash line and wing it out. Products: Inglot AMC Gel Liner in 77 Black
Finish off the eyes with some mascara and some natural false lash if you wish. Products: Covergirl Clump Crusher Mascara
