Based on Harry Potter Inspired Hermione's Time Turner by Rebecca C.
I really really like the gyroscope idea, but I'm not much of a Harry Potter fan...well no more than I'd like to be publicly displaying, and in any case I won't wear gold jewelry. So I decided to throw a turtle charm in the middle. This is the second version considering I messed up the first one. Still awesome but all the rings spun one way and I really wanted it the right way...but anyway here you go.
