Step 1Step 1: purchase ingredients
Step 2: Mix cake batter and place in muffin tins
Mumble: "I'm speaking plain penguin!"

Step 2Step 3: Place muffin tins in a 350 degree oven
Step 4: Cook cupcakes for 23 minutes
Ramón: "Just a moment. I hear people wanting something... ME!"

Step 3Step 5: Let cool on a baking sheet
Step 6: Place small doughnut on cupcake, ice it down,
then place munchkin on top, ice down as wellRamón: "STOP! Lemme tell something to joo... I know size can be daunting... but don't be afraid... I love you!"

Step 4Step 7: cover with icing until sides are smooth
Step 8: PLACE IN FREEZER for 10 minutes
Ramón: "Kiss my frozen tushy! Kiss it, kiss it!"

Step 5Step 9: Put chocolate wafers in the micro for 1 minute, then cut in half
Step 10: Cut yellow and orange starbursts into triangles
Step 11: Cut the ends off of marshmallows
Step 12: Take one container of choc frosting and black frosting mix together in a tall bowl. Place in micro for 2-3 minutes or until a glue like texture
Lovelace: "Ladies, please avert your eyes... 'cause I've been known to hypnotize."

Step 6Step 12: Flip cupcake tower over and dip into choc frosting
Step 13: While still wet stick the cookies as arms on the sides, the starburst on the mouth and a marshmallow on the belly
Step 14: Take white frosting and make 2 small dots above the starburst, then place chocolate chips (pointy side in) over the circles
