Happy and colourfull!
I have no idea what those things are called in english but in the Netherlands, little boys make "arrows" by rolling up pieces of magazines and shoot them by using a blowpipe (if that even is a word). Anyway, I taped them together to form a circle!

So I made a few of these with Whole pages of Magazines, as I plan on making a circular mirror frame, it says you use half a page... is that horizontally or vertically?
