I cut a stars bracelet 2 strings to the length that i wanted. The stars are glow in the dark that i painted with nail polish one sideI maid a hole pink and the other black.I made a hole in the tip of the star and connect one end of the string with a piece of wire. the other and connected with a earring hoop. :)

4 Jewelry Wire 2small , 2big 1 Bracelet 2 Ear Wires 2 Glow In The Dark Stars 2 Paint eany paint 2 diferent colors
