I made this for my mum using the coat hanger as a guide and drew the shape free hand. I put binding on the edges that would be left raw and lined the backing in the same colour (white). Not because they match, just because it's the only colour I'd got lol Apparently it works brilliantly and hangs on the line just like mum wanted. She's really chuffed with it.
