I had a lot of scrap material that I love, and have has this shiny lilac-silver material for a very long time. I finally found a use for it and paired it with this shiny white ribbon and some left over lace from my last lolita headband project... I decided to make the matching cuffs, but that just made my work harder...Its all hand sewn and the bows are hand-made as well...It could've been a little neater, but I got impatient toward the end OH! And it's red on the inside because the shiny material by itself was too thin and I needed a base for it else it wasn't wearable
