I took my old oversized FOB tshirt and made a halter top!
Ok, so first you need to cut off the sleeves
Then, cut off the bottom hem and cut the stitches off of that - it will be your drawstring later
Then cut right below the neckline, through both layers of fabric.
Cut through the BACK LAYER ONLY from the bottom of one armhole to the other.
Fold over the top of the front layer about an inch and sew it.
Thread the drawstring through that and voila!! Your new halter top!
