I made this outfit for last Halloween. I began making it to be the 'spirit of Halloween', but ended up not finishing. So now it's the Halloween Wench, Pirate, or Witch.
The top was made into an off-the-shoulder top from an old button down shirt I've had for a while. I used an already made skirt and added some ruffles to the edge, following by a bow with the same fabric.
