I bought a mens large shirt (£3 from tesco) and cut off the bottom strip to use as a belt. I soaked the shirt in a sink full off boiling water and 7 tea bags stirring occasionally. I left it to dry (to get the old brown dirty look.) I made the sleeves tighter by saftey pinning them underneath to give it a more fitted look and left a few buttons open at the front. (my boobs arent big but we bought cheap air bras from primark (£4) to give up the oomf! haha) I made the hat by using a cut off from the sleeve and sewing elastic to it to make a headband. I then covered my legs in talcom powder(from supermarket around £1.50) and put on clear matt tights, adding more on top to make my legs pale. After i put the shirt on (i bought white hot pants for underneath) i stood in the shower and got someone to cover me in red food colouring (from supermarkets, around £1), i also wiped it on my headband and legs) my shoes were old court shoes i had, i spray painted them with a tester tin from tesco (which was £2.50) white and then put food colouring on after and walked through my garden to get them dirty. I bought cheap black hair extensions from the local fancy dress shop to get the straggly hair they were £5. I enjoyed making this outfit - my makeup was just translucent poweder and black eyeshadow. I love silent hill. So i am glad i finally got to dress up like this.. This year im going to 2 events, im going as Evil Alice in wonderland to one, and Freddie Kruger to the other one.
