Halloween! On your lips!
This was my very first look I ever did! This is what got me started in all of this!
This uses eyeshadows (no lipsticks or it'll smudge) liquid eyeliners and sparkles!

You have beautiful hair -- I'm envious of the color, I love your love of halloween, your nails were adorable, your cat is too cute, annnnd you did a really good job on the tutorial, I don't generally wear make up and I feel comfortable tackling this. I think my lips are too tiny to pull this off though :c
