Halloween Brain Cake
This is a great Halloween cake.
It is quite easy to make.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Pour chocolate into Mold & allow to set.
Repeat to make a thicker layer.
Cream the butter & sugar together until light & fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Add the vanilla & colouring.
Add the flour.
Bake in oven for approximately 30 mins.
Remove from oven & cool completely.
Place some filling inside the chocolate mold.
Top with a layer of cake.
Continue to do this until the mold is full.
Turn the mold upside down on to a cake board.
Remove the mold from the cake.
Heat a little jam & water together.
Allow to cool.
Pour over the cake.
Cut & serve.
