This is a great Halloween cake.
It is quite easy to make.

You Will Need
Shell
Chocolate
Cake
4 oz
Butter
4 oz
Sugar
2
Eggs
4 oz
Self-Raising Flour
1/2 tsp
Vanilla
Red
Food Colouring
Filling
Buttercream Icing
Red
Food Colouring
Topping
Jam
Water

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Melt chocolate.

Step 2Pour chocolate into Mold & allow to set.
Repeat to make a thicker layer.
Set again.

Step 3Cream the butter & sugar together until light & fluffy.

Step 4Add the eggs one at a time.
Add the vanilla & colouring.
Mix through.

Step 5Add the flour.
Mix through.

Step 6Bake in oven for approximately 30 mins.
Remove from oven & cool completely.

Step 7Place some filling inside the chocolate mold.

Step 8Top with a layer of cake.

Step 9Continue to do this until the mold is full.

Step 10Turn the mold upside down on to a cake board.

Step 11Remove the mold from the cake.

Step 12Heat a little jam & water together.
Allow to cool.
Pour over the cake.

Step 13Cut & serve.
