I made this cake for my friend's birthday. She likes chocolate cake and carrot cake. I couldn't decide which to make; I made both! It was a bit of an experiment but it came out a treat! A definite success!

You Will Need

Step 1
First, make your two cake mixes.

Step 2(You might need an extra hand for this one.)
Get a piece of card that fits the diameter of your cake tin, and hold it in the centre.
Pour the two cake mixes, one in each side.

Step 3Just before your about to put it in the oven, pull the card out carefully.
(I used a knife to scrape the mix off the card as I pulled it out.)

Step 4Bake it for the recommended time or until a skewer comes out clean.
Here's what it should look like.

Step 5Decorate it as you wish - the person you present it with will get a surprise when the cut it to find two different cake flavours!
