These are a great lunch time snack.
They are great for using up left over haggis.
Mix the haggis & potatoes together.
Add an egg.
Mix in to incorporate.
Form into cakes.
Coat the cakes in flour.
Coat cakes in egg.
Coat the cakes in breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil until crispy on both sides.
Serve with gravy or whisky sauce.
