Great way to use up left over haggis from Burns night. You can serve them with a selection of sauce or on there own.

Haggis Flour Egg Breadcrumbs Oil

Great way to use up left over haggis from Burns night. You can serve them with a selection of sauce or on there own.

Instructions

1. 

   Roll the haggis into bite sized balls

2. 

   Roll balls in flour

3. 

   Roll in egg

4. 

   Roll balls in breadcrumbs.

5. 

   Fry in oil until cooked through.

6. 

   Serve
