You Will Need (8 things)

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tsp double-acting Baking Powder
  • 2 cup sifted All Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Egg(s) , at room temperature
  • 2 cup lightly packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter , melted
  • 1 cup Walnuts pieces

Steps (3 steps, 60 minutes)

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch metal baking pan.

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir until fully blended and cool. Add eggs separately, beating well after each addition. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture and stir until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts pieces just until evenly blended into mix- ture. Pour batter into prepared pan.

  3. 3

Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffed up in center. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting. Blondies will fall very slightly as they cool.
