Prepare firm tofu by patting it dry.
Brush a little oil on top and grill on medium- maximum heat.
Then turn and do other side the same.
This may take like 20-30 mins!!!
( you can also brush tofu with soy sauce, chilli glaze... any kind of flavouring you want to add- go for it.)
(A garlic dressing would taste nice!)
Once tofu is nearly cooked add the mushroom on the same tray and cook for a further few minutes till the mushroom is tender.
