You Will Need
60 ml
Olive Oil
2
Garlic Cloves
Crushed
1 tbsp
Herbs
1 tbsp
Gluten free
Tamari
Sauce
1/4 teaspoon
Chilli Flakes
800 g
Chicken Breast
Skin removed
2 tbsp
Freshly squeezed
Lime Juice
65 g
Pepitas
1 cup
Brown Rice
(I use a mix or brown rice and red quinoa)
2 cup
Water
Pinch of
Salt
3 cup
Broccoli
Florets

Large
Avocado
Halved and Sliced
1 cup
Mixed
Greens
Leaves

Step 3
Cook rice as per packet instructions - absorption method preferably.

Step 4
Steam broccoli until just tender. Remove and set aside.

Step 5
Heat a grill pan or barbecue plate to high heat. Cooke chicken for approx 8 minutes per size or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let sit for 5minutes. Then cut into 1cm thick slices.

Step 6
Divide the rice into bowls, chicken, equal portions of broccoli, and sliced avocado. Sprinkle with pepitas and greens.
Serve with tamari .
