So, I changed this recipe and made it gluten free and vegan... It was a terrible idea. Rubbery and quite tasteless. Very cute tho! Im gonna try again with an even shorter cook time and possibly different ingredients entirely. Cool recipe. I hope I get the alternative ingredients right eventually. Also, I think it would be sweet to use Kava instead of green tea.
