You Will Need
Blanch the beans in a saucepan of lightly salted water for about 2 to 3 minutes until just tender. Drain and cool under cold running water, then slice into lengths.
Mix the Tart Sesame Dressing ingredients in a bowl. Divide the beans into
four serving bowls, top each with a spoonful of the dressing and garnish with the shredded nori.
Note: Substitute ground sesame paste with tahini or peanut butter. If using tahini, increase the amount of sugar and lemon juice by ½ tablespoon called for in the recipe. If using peanut butter, use ½ tablespoon sugar and 1½ tablespoons lemon juice.
