Tart but sweet. Can be served with a topping of your choice.

You will need

Base
7oz Biscuit(s) Crumbed 3 1/2 oz Butter Melted
Cheesecake
12 oz Cream Cheese 5 oz Icing Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 + 1/3 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Greek Yogurt

Tart but sweet. Can be served with a topping of your choice.

Instructions

1. 

   Base... Mix ingredients together.

2. 

   Press into a tin. Set aside.

3. 

   Cheesecake... Mix cream cheese, icing sugar & vanilla together.

4. 

   Add yogurt. Stir through.

5. 

   Whisk cream to stiff peaks.

6. 

   Fold cream & cheesecake mixture together.

7. 

   Pour on top of base. Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs but best overnight.

8. 

   Cut & serve.
