These are best eaten on the day you make them. They are great with chicken Soulvaci & tzatziki sauce. I have these recipes on my other projects.
Mix together water, sugar & yeast. Let sit for 5 mins.
Mix in milk, oil, salt & flour. Knead until a smooth dough is reached.
Cover with cling film & allow to rise until doubled in size. Approx 1 hr.
Knock back the dough. Divided into portion.
Roll out each portion into a circle. It is best to roll out the dough just befor cooking.
Heat a pan. Cook on one side until bubble appear. Flip it over & cook until done.
Serve warm.
