The granola in the cookies caramelises while in the oven to make them extra crunchy and sticky. Makes roughly 20 cookies!
The granola in the cookies caramelises while in the oven to make them extra crunchy and sticky. Makes roughly 20 cookies!
Whisk together the brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Beat in the egg.
Whisk together the flour, baking soda and cinnamon and then add to the oil mix.
Mix in the granola and oats.
Cover a cookie sheet with baking paper and compact the mixture into small cookie circles, placing them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180'C.
