Step 1Mix the popcorn and the pecans together in a bowl.

Step 2Heat the sugar, honey, cinnamon, syrup and tabasco sauce together in a sauce pan. Wait for 8 minutes or for the temperature to reach 290"C on a confectionary thermometer and then remove from the heat.

Step 3Stir in the butter.

Step 4Pour the mixture over the popcorn and mix together.

Step 5Place on a tray covered in greaseproof paper and allow to cool. Serve with a good movie.
