You Will Need (15 things)

  • Minced Beef
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Tinned Tomatoes
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce
  • 50 g Mozzarella
  • 500 g Elbow Macaroni
  • 40 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 40 g Mozzarella

Steps (10 steps, 45 minutes)

    Brown together the mince, onion, garlic & peppers.

    Add the tomato purée, paprika, bay leaf, garlic powder & onion powder.

    Stir through & cook out for a minute.

    Add the tinned tomato.

    Stir through.

    Add the pasta sauce.

    Stir through.

    Cook the pasta.

    Drain.

    Add the sauce to the pasta.

    Stir through.

    Add the mozzarella.

    Stir through.

  8. 8

    Pour into a tray.

  9. 9

    Top with cheese.

    Bake or grill to melt the cheese.

    Serve.
