A gothic top hat, perfect for Halloween or...everywhere! :)
This is a gothic top hat I made...out of nothing.xD
I had paper, glue, fabric, beads, fake flowers.... and I created it. I used a video like this one to make the hat, but I made it a little different. enjoy! =)
uh, I forgot: i used a coat hanger to make the hairband. Then I covered it with black fabric.
