Place your feather where you want them to be. If you're putting the both feathers together, you can tie them up using a thread so they don't move or wobble.
Cut out a piece of ribbon. Tie a bow with the ribbon. Take another smaller ribbon and make a bow. Add as much as ribbons you want. It really looks nicer with lots of ribbons.
Place the ribbons where you want them to be. Sew the ribbons with the tissue fabric piece.
Take a button of your choice and place it on the middle of the fluffy flower. I placed it on the middle to cover the ribbon knots.
Take the hair band. Use hot glue to stick the piece we made earlier with the hair band.
