To complete your lolita outfit!
This skirt poofs with a petticoat underneath (the tutus they show on the site are great ideasof petticoats). To make this skirt, I followed all the instructions of the website under except that I sewed the fabric in a tube before I ruffled it instead of ruffling the fabric and then hand stich the side. Also, a little lace at the hem gives the skirt that extra touch that makes it simply amazing.
