   Gather materials and thread your needle.

   Fold your 8" piece of elastic as shown and sew the ends together. We hand stitched a rectangle around the ends to make sure it's secure.

   Here is what the cuff looks like after sewing.

   Begin studding. For this cuff, we went with a random layout. To secure studs, push prongs through elastic, and fold them down on the other side of the elastic.

   Here is what our stud pattern looked like. We used about 12 studs for this cuff.

   Since the elastic is sold by the yard, and the studs come in a pack of 100, you can make 4 of these for yourself or friends!
