Dramatic gold beads are very stylish these days. I love how these necklaces showcase the long curved golden tube bead and that you can make them in any color you choose. Wear just one or layer them all on together. Supplies: Seed Beads 1 long curved gold tube bead 1 clasp 2 jump rings 2 knot covers beading string flexible beading needle jewelry pliers Binder clip or tape

Instructions

  1. Small diy goldtubebeadnecklacestep1

Cut beading string about 36 inches long. This will leave plenty of wiggle room for making knots and adjusting length as desired. Thread needle. Attach binder clip or tape to opposite end about 2 inches from end. This will prevent the beads from falling off. Thread one knot cover, open end towards the end of the thread. Thread seed beads for about 12.5 inches.

  2. Small diy goldtubebeadnecklacestep2

Thread gold tube bead. Thread seed beads for about 12.5 inches to match first side. Hold up the necklace and see if you like the length. Remove or add beads as desired.

  3. Small diy goldtubebeadnecklacestep3

String one knot cover open side facing end of string. On each end, make a knot, add a drop of glue and close knot cover with jewelry pliers. Repeat for other side. Attach jump rings and clasp to hooks of knot covers. Bend hooks on knot covers closed.
