It's pretty quick to make, except for the time you have to wait for the paint to dry.
Wash your top. Put some paper between your top to protect it from paint that might leak. Take your fabric paint tube, and make long straight-ish lines from the neckline down with the help of the nozzle. Then start making these oval dots on it, alternating sides. Repeat on the other side of the top when the paint has dried.
