Cook some Goan style mussels with Isaacs Restaurant, Cork
Sweat the onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan with the sunflower oil, add the chilli, turmeric, cumin & coconut milk. Cook for 10 mines.
When ready add 60 to 80 mussels & cook with lid on for 5 mins, until they are opened fully. Serve with fresh coriander
