Knitted Gnomes as once seen in Switserland

https://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/gnome-hottinger-style • Posted by Connie J.

A friendly old lady in a small town in Hottinger Switserland claimed she could see gnomes. She knitted them the way she saw them. They are now called Hottinger gnomes. (Hottinger Zwerge, Hottinger Kabouters). I used the discription from the book by J. Picht. (see link) The book does not only discribe how to make these gnomes but also gives advise how to communicate with them... These gnomes are made from 100% wool.
