Gluten Free Red Onion And Tomato Sauce

You Will Need (5 things)
- 400 g tinned chopped Tomatoes
- 1 g Red Onion diced
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning or herbs
- 1 tbsp Oil
Steps (1 step, 15 minutes)

First, heat your oil then tip in the red onion. Fry on a high heat stirring all the time till the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
Next add the garlic salt and stir for another minute then add the tomatoes. Lower the heat then simmer for about 5 minutes until adding the herbs/seasoning. I added a load of ground pepper too but that to your taste. Simmer for another few minutes then serve straight away.
I had mine with pasta so I started cooking it from when I put the onions in the oil :).. enjoy!
