You Will Need (9 things)
- 375g Dark Chocolate
- 345g Butter
- 6 large Eggs
- 480g Brown Sugar
- 191g Almond Flour
- 98g Brown Rice Flour
- 7g Sea Salt
- 5g Baking Soda
- 6g Vanilla
Steps (9 steps, 50 minutes)
-
1
Preheat oven to 330F. Grease an 11x15" (or 11x17") sheet pan and line with parchment.
-
2
Chop chocolate and butter into chunks and place in a bowl.
-
3
Melt butter and chocolate together over a simmering bain marie. I place my heat-proof bowl over a pot on the stove with about an inch or two of water.
-
4
Add sugar to melted chocolate and mix well. I use a whisk for this.
-
5
Lightly beat eggs in a separate bowl.
-
6
Pour eggs slowly into chocolate while whisking constantly. Make sure the chocolate isn't to hot and you're whisking vigorously while doing this.
-
7
Fold in dry ingredients. If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
-
8
Pour into pan and bake for 25-35mins. An 11x15" pan takes 35mins. You want the brownies to be gooey, so there should be some residue when a cake tester is inserted.

Chill well before cutting.
