Gluten And Dairy Free Strawberry And Apple Chia Pudding

I’ve tried something a bit different and soaked the chia seeds in the natural juices from gently stewed strawberries and apples. Once I refrigerated overnight and topped with some dairy free yoghurt and a sprinkle of homemade gluten free granola I had a perfect summer breakfast.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Eating Apple , peeled, cored and diced
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 4 tablespoons dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Gluten free Granola

Steps (5 steps, 20 minutes)

    Place the strawberries, honey, lemon juice and apple in a saucepan

    Cook on a medium heat until the fruit is tender, about 10 minutes

    Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds

  4. 4

    Divide between two glasses and refrigerate overnight

    Top with the dairy free natural yoghurt and granola
