I made this as i realised i had all the ingredients except Chocolate, which was easy to get. My son is allergic so that was a perfect cake for the end of the holidays.
It looked awesome and tasty nice, but was very crumbly. I'm not a great chef, yet, but it was a perfect tea time cake.
