You will need

Vaseline (Or petroleum jelly... The same thing really) Ultra Fine Glitter (optional) Sunflower Oil (The cooking kind for shine) Food Flavoring Lip balm Container(s)

Sorry... Someone nicked my phone so I couldn't take photos :(

Instructions

1. Put a couple of teaspoons of Vaseline in a glass bowl and Heat it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds at a time until it turns liquid-ish.

2. Add glitter (Don't put too much), Sunflower oil (1 drop or it will run) and the vanilla essence.

3. Pour into a container and put in the fridge for about 10 mins. :)
