paint nails and let dry then apply the light glitter tone to tip just a little above the actual glitter that will be applied to the tip then apply the glitter to nail before it dries then put a clear coat on top to seal the nail polish and glitter http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHdXMxyeFD8
