An easy way to decorate some cupcakes for your next celebration.
- punch out two stars for each cocktail stick. I had a big star and three little ones for each cupcake.
- use the glue to sandwich the end of the cocktail stick between two stars & leave to dry. - add to cupcakes and enjoy!
