  Step 1

  You should have a cardboard piece to decorate. It can be a box or a decoration like i used. I dont know if this will work on plastic or other materials but you could try x)

  Step 2

  Then paint it the color you want it to shine through. I choose a pink castle x3

• 

  Step 3

  Now time for glitter! Place liquid glue on parts you want to have glitter on. I chose to have pink glitter on the rooftops of the caste and white glitter on the castle itself.

• 

  Step 4

  You can place the piece on a collage for example. If you decorated something else, you know what to do next ;3
