*Note: You will definitely want to do this over newspaper. Both to avoid a mess and to reclaim any unused glitter.

You Will Need

Step 1
Paint glue onto shoe or boot. Smaller sections are better so the glue doesn't dry too quickly.

Step 2
Sprinkle glitter over glue covered section.

Step 3
Repeat until the whole shoe is covered(or strategic sections, if desired).
