These are endlessly customizable and pretty easy to whip up.
mix up a bunch of glitter
blow up a balloon to the desired size of your bowl and rest it in a bowl
brush Mod Podge onto the balloon to the desired height and shape of your bowl
Cover with your glitter mix and let dry for a couple of hours
Repeat coating with Mod Podge and glitter so that you have 3 layers of glitter
Coat the outside with a final layer of Mod Podge and let dry. This keeps the bowl from shedding glitter and being scratchy.
Once it is dry cut or pop the balloon and gently peel it away from the bowl.
press the bottom of the bowl to flatten it some
Trim the edges smooth
Enjoy your new mixed media decor!
