You Will Need (7 things)
- 1 packets Sponge Fingers
- 200 g /7oz White Chocolate
- Some flaked Almonds
- Cocoa Powder , for dusting
- Green and red Food Colouring
- Assorted Sweets , to construct the ring - You will need Hershel’s blessing
- Edible Glue
Steps (9 steps, 45 minutes)

You may want to cut down the sponge fingers with a sharp knife to get them to the appropriate length.

Warm the chocolate over a bath of water until it is ready to spread.

Using a knife, cover the sponge fingers.

Take a piece of flaked almond and apply to the tip to create the fingernail.

Use a toothpick to draw creases in the chocolate.

Mix the food colours with a small amount of water and then use the brush to apply first the green to colour the finger and then red to the base of the ring finger.

Use a brush to add the cocoa powder, creating an ageing effect.

Finally, create the ‘ring’ using sweets and edible glue and attach it to the finger.
