This is a sweet & tasty dish.
You can add chilli to the sauce to make it spicy.
Brown the chicken for 5 mins.
Pour in water, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, garlic & ginger.
Bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat & simmer for 20 mins, until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pot.
Increase the heat & boil & reduce the sauce for approximately 10 mins.
Place on serving tray & pour over the reduced sauce.
Sprinkle the chicken with the sesame seeds & serve.
